Reservation & Cancellation Policy

RESERVATION POLICY

Any reservation of room through phone call, walk-in, email, and social media will be valid until 3pm on the check-in date. After 3pm, Hotel will have the rights to release the reservation.

In the event of debit card deposit payment, all refunds due shall be credited to guest’s bank account. This will be completed within thirty (30) days from the date of guest checking out for processing.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at the hotel or property will be treated as a no-show and will incur 100% charge.

No Refund: ‘No Show’ or cancellation made within 1 day BEFORE check-in date.

Free cancellation (Full Refund): 1 day BEFORE check-in date
